This Villa is located in the bordering land between Romagna and Marche, it is immersed in a beautiful rural house context with olive groves; in October it is possible to watch and participate with the family in the olive harvest and the production of oil, a unique experience of the Italian tradition. The apartment on the first floor can accommodate 5 people and it is always possible to add a baby cot 0-2 years. The house has an equipped kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms; its unfenced gazebo is a space to relax reading a book or simply sunbathing, what we most recommend is to dine here with the sunset on Monte Catria, Monte Nerone and Monte Carpegna is magical! All these are special moments for a relaxing holiday in the hills but not far from the sea and the towns of Gabicce, Cattolica and Pesaro. Our Marche hills are home to numerous historic villages to be discovered, the closest is Gradara with its Medieval Castle; for lovers of trekking, mountain bike trails and excursions, the nearby San Bartolo Natural Park offers breathtaking landscapes and within it Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo are two villages to visit. Pets are welcome, but remember to bring everything you need for your puppy!
